At Action Research, I led a client needs assessment for a social service nonprofit with a total annual budget of $8M. Working with senior staff at the organization, I designed a one-page survey questionnaire for clients and provided technical assistance to managers to support frontline staff in administering the survey through SurveyMonkey. I then analyzed the survey data from 300+ clients in addition to the organization’s administrative data and presented insight to senior staff, in order to guide the organization’s service expansion.
